-    Remove and clean blower assembly, reinstall and check
      operation
-    Treat air handler w/ microbiocide to kill mold and fungus
- Install algaecide treatment in drainpan for timed release
- Apply self-rinsing cleaner on evaporator coil to remove
     surface build-up
- Purge condensate drain line and monitor for proper
     drainage
- Verify proper operation firestat
- Measure evaporator fan motor voltage and amperage
- Measure temperature difference across evaporator coil
- Measure evaporator superheat
- Lubricate all moving parts
