Incentives

When deciding on a unit to install we want you to also consider the savings.  Yes...$AVINGS!!!  Not only will a new unit lower your costs on your energy bill but with all the different incentives out there, you can earn Federal Tax Credits as well as rebates through your electrical/energy provider.  Please call us so that we can help you save money.

Due to the new stimulus packages, if you are a Florida homeowner the Federal Tax Credit now allows you to claim 30% of the full purchase and installation price up to a maximum of $1500 if you install a qualifying heating and cooling unit.

In order for you and your family to take advantage of this "one-time" Federal Tax Credit, Florida homeowners in Florida must install a qualifying unit in 2009 or 2010, and claim it on their 2009 or 2010 Federal income tax forms. The maximum amount Florida homeowners may claim as a taxpayer for all qualifying energy efficient home improvements which includes the purchase and installation is $1,500 over the lifetime of the credit (2009-2010).

4-Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. is on the front line of helping Florida homeowners take advantage of their Federal Tax Credit. We are here to help you through the process!

Call us today at (407) 295-9231 to find out how you can qualify for the new stimulus package.
